2012- a quarter year in review (Bonus: An introduction!)
The Ladies started this venture in last August of 2012, and in those few months a lot has happened. The term "geek" has been discussed, a trip to the Atlanta Center for Puppetry Arts was taken, and snow globes were made. We've read books, eaten and prepared theme foods, and did some mas serious Halloween costuming. Not bad for a few months. 2013 is on track for more of the same and lots of new. In fact, on this the second day of the new year we would like to announce the official inauguration of a new Lady! You will remember her from the Center for the Puppetry Arts post, and as the creator of our super adorable logo (and soon she'll have to add herself- I offered, but she's seen my sketches and chose the wiser path). A warm Ladies welcome to Cartoon Sara! Cartoon Sara, as the name implies, is our animation expert and resident artist- local people check out her submission at Hub Comics 'Dark Knight on a Dark Night' exhibit. She's actually also the first official lady of Comicazi, in that she was the first lady to get a sub box there so many years ago. We are super excited to add Sara to our "binder of women" as she has been helping us from the sidelines for a while...time to bring her talents to the forefront!
If you would like to know more about our blog stats just far (for example how many more people read this blog than climbed Everest this year), the WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2012 annual report for us.

Hope your 2012 was grand, and your 2013 will be even grander (more grand?)!!!
